2. Service Description
MailShare is a free, temporary email sharing service that allows you to:
- Create temporary email addresses
- Forward emails to view them in a chat-style interface
- Share email conversations via unique links
All data is automatically deleted within 1 to 24 hours based on your selected expiration time. No user accounts or registration are required.
3. Free Service
MailShare is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may introduce paid features in the future, but will not charge for features that were previously free without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MailShare only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:
- All content you forward through the service
- Ensuring you have the right to share any emails you forward
- Protecting conversation links and only sharing them with intended recipients
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MailShare to:
- Create accounts on other websites or services using MailShare addresses
- Forward illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing attempts
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you forward through MailShare. By using the service, you grant us a temporary license to store and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service. This license ends when your content is deleted.
7. No Warranty
MailShare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All emails will be successfully received or displayed
- Data will be retained for the full selected duration
- The service will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailShare and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Unauthorized access to or disclosure of your content
- Service interruptions or data loss
You use this service at your own risk. Do not forward sensitive, confidential, or irreplaceable information through MailShare.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. This includes changing features, storage limits, expiration times, or availability. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Termination
We may terminate or restrict your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Third-Party Services
MailShare uses Lettermint for email receiving functionality. Your use of MailShare is also subject to any applicable terms of third-party services we rely on.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailShare and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
